Hello,

I want to invite you to join me for a Relaxation Meditation Program that is focused on a topic that a lot of people I meet seem to struggle with.

“How do I relax and feel calm when there is so much stress in my life?”

Perhaps you’re a parent or care giver, you may have a high stress job,    you may have physical pain, you might worry about and take on the stress of others, maybe you have a hard time saying no to what you don’t want and yes to yourself. You may feel stuck in your head and have found yourself asking this question . . .

For the past decade, I’ve worked with caring, compassionate, people who are overwhelmed for a variety of reasons; relationships, jobs, money, illness etc. They all know they need to relax and let go of their stress and tension but need some help.

If you want to relax your body and calm your mind, my Relaxation Meditation program will help you.

The role breathing plays in how we think and feel.

Breathing is something we can do on purpose, or automatically.

What if you could choose to breathe in a way that helps you;

feel more relaxed,

think more clearly,

and act more purposefully.
