Becoming Present is the practice of showing up to life. 

Of being here. Acting purposefully. Engaging in the moment. Expressing yourself. Feeling like you belong and contribute.

It's a practice because you won't get it right all the time.  But you will try again.

There are many reasons, usually painful ones, for why you aren't present. This pain can disconnect you from yourself, those you love, and the natural world.

This pain stops you from breathing fully. Stops you from living fully.

Luckily you can choose life. Choose your breath. Choose to become present.
