Forest Meditation is a deeply restorative process and a pathway to reconnection with self, community and nature. During this five week series you will learn and practice the 4 elements of Forest Meditation - connection, awareness, quiet mind and gratitude.
Special attention will be placed on the power of our breath.
Each session will involve group instruction, personal experience time, and sharing (if you'd like to). The sessions will build on each other and are layered to deepen your process.
Be prepared to connect to your breath, awaken your senses, ground your body, and nourish your soul.

- The series is 5 weekly sessions on Wednesday mornings, 10am-12pm, from May 29th to June 26th
- The fee for this program is set up as a donation. I'd like you to pay what you can and what feels good to you. If I was charging a flat rate for this series it would be around $30 each session, or $150 for all 5. You are welcome to pay more or less depending on your circumstances. All are welcome :)
- We will explore a different part of the Silvercreek Conservation Area Forest each week.
- Please dress for the weather and bring something to sit on as well as water, and a notebook if you like to journal.
