Soak in the sun and breathe in the late summer colours as we relax and reconnect in a beautiful natural environment.
We will begin with meditative grounding exercises to release stress and connect to the Earth. We will then each find a spot for personal reflection.
This guided meditation session is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
Please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle and yoga mat/towel or something to sit on (if desired)
