Calming your mind and relaxing your body is something you can learn how to do. Like any skill, you just need some instruction and practice.
During this three week program you will learn meditation and mindfulness techniques you can use in daily life to relieve stress and feel more vital. Each class will be a blend of theory, guided practice, and sharing/questions.
Chairs will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow or blanket if you wish to lie down.
