We have all heard of the positive impact meditation and mindfulness can have in our lives. But where do you start and what exactly should you do? 

Meditation Teacher, Chantal Garneau (www.becomingpresent.ca), is going to demystify meditation and mindfulness and teach us three simple things we can do each day to feel more present in our lives.
