Everyone is welcome to this FREE community class. I want to fill the room with people relaxing together. Our world is so busy and I love the idea of slowing down together.
Bring a friend, family member, or co-worker. The more the merrier.
What to expect: you will be invited to lie down on a mat and I will guide you through breathing patterns, relaxation strategies. You will likely leave feeling calm, energized and/or focused.
The class will follow the core routines of Relaxation Meditation so this a great practice option for people who have already been trained. And it's an opportunity to test it out for people who haven't.
Space is somewhat limited and I'd like to have an idea of who is coming, so I would appreciate it if you signed up ahead of time. If you're a last minute joiner that's ok too.
