Let's Chill the 'F' out

For all of us who need some calm in our lives.

This introductory class is for people who can't sit still, think "too" much, have a hard time sleeping, and generally need to chill out.

Get introduced to a variety of meditation and breath awareness techniques and see what works best for you.

We will meet for an hour, once a week for three weeks. I will talk to you a little bit about meditation and breath awareness and we will try out different techniques and strategies. It will be fun and relaxing. 

Carve out some me time and come on your own or bring a friend for some we time. 

This is a small group class with a maximum of 10 participants.
