My approach to meditation is one that is empowering and accessible to people of all experiences and backgrounds.
How does it work?
If you are an individual or small group of friends or family (up to 4), I recommend signing up for a three session package.
During your sessions you will learn and build on Effective Breathing and Relaxation Techniques. We will also trouble shoot or problem solve your specific situation(s).
These sessions are available in person, or online through Skype.
