Iona Scotland

Iona is an incredibly beautiful space. The tiny island is totally magical and inspiring.

I am still amazed by the landscape.

The first 3 days of my stay on the island were spent mostly indoors as it was raining, hailing and the wind was incredibly strong. This was good for me as it gave me time to sleep, integrate and prepare for the rest of my visit.

The neighbouring animals came near our house to find shelter from the wind. They are beautiful animals and I felt very blessed to see them so close up.

Once the weather cleared two new friends of mine and I headed out on an island adventure.

I was amazed to find out that on the island there are 3 cosmic power points as well as 7 chakra points. These are incredible energy centres and we decided to venture out to the base/root chakra.

We were gone all day, walking from 9am to about 6pm. With, of course some breaks for food and meditation. It was absoultely incredible.
