Mother Earth and Energetic Shifts

The earth is going through many changes right now, and so are we. As inhabitants of this planet we are in a reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth. As she shifts and expand so do we, and as we move into alignment with our higher selves so too does she.

Everything on this planet is made up of energy. This energy vibrates as different levels or frequencies. The process of ascension or becoming aligned with our higher selves is a shift in frequency.

As we release fear, doubt, insecurity, anger, resentment, we move into a higher vibration. When we intentionally engage our higher selves through yoga, meditation, Reiki, connections with nature etc. we are intentionally shifting frequencies.

At this time there are huge shifts occurring within individuals and the Planet herself. We are moving towards a higher existence, moving towards anchoring light and love within ourselves and onto the Planet.

In the past great mystics, healers, and religious icons have visited the planet in order to orchestrate a large leap in frequency.

I’m just going to side step for a moment. Ok, so imagine that the planet is vibrating at a frequency of 10, that means that the people living on the planet could potentially vibrate at a 20, but anything higher than that the planet could not support. However, as more and more people move up to a 20 the planet also moves up.

We are all constantly affecting each other, the planet and ourselves. If you are at a 20 and speaking and interacting with me I will move from a 15 to maybe a 16 or 17. And when I move up to a 17 it moves you up to a 21. Pretty cool eh? (ps. I’m making the numbers up, just to illustrate my point).

In the past when the great mystics or healers came to us they were able to shift large amounts of people. At that time there might have been 5% of the population operating at the highest frequency available to the planet. And the frequency they were carrying was spread, but at a slower rate than right now.

Right now there is about 20% of the population operating at that frequency. This means that 20% of the population is in total alignment with the energetic shifts occurring on the planet. They act as anchors for the higher frequencies. They allow themselves to be channels to this energy, to anchor it into themselves and then onto the planet.

Once it is anchored in them and the planet it will spread out and affect everyone else. As we collectively move into higher vibrations and frequencies our fears, doubts, insecurities come to the surface in order to be cleared. Some people see this as “all kinds of horrible things are happening” however, it is a cleansing process. Remember this, and allow yourself to let go of what you no longer need.
