Deep Breathing Technique

1. Place your hands on your stomach.

2. Take a deep breath in through your nose and feel your stomach fill up.

3. Breathe out through your mouth with a sigh and feel your stomach empty.

4. Repeat as often as possible.

*if your stomach fills up on the exhale you’re going to have to practice switching it to filling up on the inhale.
