Meditation is the art of quieting the mind and connecting with the heart.
It is a technique that can be used to relieve stress, tension, and anxiety as well as to increase the quality of sleep, relationships and life.
During these classes I will guide you into a meditative state through directions on breathing and visualization.
Just like any skill, the more you practice meditating the better and easier it becomes. The tools and guidance shared during these classes can be used at home to deepen and further develop your personal practice.
