I AM Energy™

All that exists in this world is energy – vibrations, frequencies, and wavelengths. When energy flows we feel good. When energy is not moving we feel blocked, stuck, or negative.

In this interactive class learn how you are energy, how it moves through you, why energy gets blocked and how to move stuck energy.

You will learn how to increase your personal energy, how to connect with Universal Energy and how to channel energy for healing purposes.

This class is complementing my level 1 Reiki class and will include an additional attunement, advanced techniques and a more thorough understanding of what you are doing. It is also the first step in my four part Reiki Master training program.

The class consists of 3 hours of theory and 3 hours of experience covering topics such as:

The Chakra System – techniques for opening, closing and balancing
Energetic Layers – bringing peace to all parts
The Aura
Energy Balls and Beams – bringing in specific healing frequencies
Activating the MicroCosmic Orbit
Sensing Plant and Human Energy – detecting strong, weak and stuck energy
Healing with Universal Energy
